Character: Warwick County Park is the second largest developed park in the Park System. This park offers active and passive recreation opportunities with breath-taking views of the Shawangunk Mountains and the landscapes and valleys of the Town of Warwick.

Amenities:
18 Hole Golf Course, Banquet Facility, Pro Shop, Driving Range, Nature Trails, Ball field, Picnic Shelter, Picnic Tables, Benches, Playground, Horseshoe Pits, Bocce Courts, Shuffle Board Courts, Stone House Senior Center, Comfort Stations and Parking.

Information: Facilities & Services Located at Warwick County Park:

  • Picnic Area and Playground: Open daily Memorial Day to Labor Day for family and small group picnicMuseums_018king Permits and fees are required for group reservations and may be obtained by calling (845) 988-9517. There is no charge for individual or family use, pending the site is not already reserved. Shelter occupancy is limited to 96. The shelter floor is paved and electricity is available. There is a ball field and playground located within the park. These facilities are also open to the general public.
  • Stone House Senior Center and Recreation Area: Open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This facility features information and referral services, in addition to social and recreational opportunities. The Senior Center has a kitchen area, program/meeting space and a recreation area featuring a pool table. On the grounds surrounding this facility, there are bocce courts, horseshoe pits and shuffleboard courts. These facilities are also available to the public after 4:00 PM. The general public must have their own equipment. There is no fee for senior citizens to use this facility, however donations are accepted.
  • Trails: There are numerous multi-use nature trails located in the hills of Warwick County Park. Most of these trails wind through hilly and rough terrain.
